Return Process

  Log into your PUSHAS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your sneakers or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all brand boxes, hangtags, and authentication certificates are included to avoid rejection.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's authenticity and condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
